SHIPPING
Gifts that are shipped outside of Onondaga County and NY State are
shipped via UPS shipping services.
We are
happy to provide you with the tracking number so that you can track
your gift to it's destination.
Our shipping charges are
based on the weight of your gift, packaging materials and labor.
Gifts sent outside our local delivery area will be shipped via
UPS Ground and charged accordingly.
Please note that an
additional $5.00 packaging fee will be added to cover the cost
of shipping materials.
We process and
ship orders on a Monday thru Friday basis.
Deliveries are made per the UPS delivery schedule and
guidelines.
Refused shipments and incorrect addressing are the
responsibility of the customer.
Any additional charges as a result of address
in-correction or re-shipment are the
responsibility of the customer.
We DO NOT ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. A
complete physical street address is necessary.
